A warm counselling office setting in Lethbridge for couples counselling.

My mission as a Registered Psychologist is to empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to build healthy relationships. Whether you are just starting a new relationship, or have been together for 40 years, marital therapy is always worth the investment.

Common areas of therapy include improvements in communication, conflict, intimacy, infidelity and secure functioning.

Who is Couples Counselling For?

Couples therapy is a helpful tool for people in every stage or state of relationship. If you’re dating, engaged and looking for premarital therapy, newly married, married with young kids, or retired, marital therapy can help strengthen your relationship.

Every session is tailored to the need of the couple. Whether that is 1 visit or 10, there is no long term commitment required. If you’re struggling to communicate, or working through infidelity, therapy can help. If you’re feeling like the spark is missing and perhaps you’re more like roommates than romantic partners, therapy can help.

If you feel like this might be you, come try out just one visit to experience the benefits of therapy.
